Leeds Eastside: A Common Ground

A site-wide concept masterplan, transforming Leeds Eastside into a shared common ground, for people and nature. This is a dream vision and an ideal scenario which would involve holistic planning at a large scale.

Please note: all development schemes within Eastside which are either under construction or have planning applications approved have been included in the proposals, but some schemes with submitted planning applications or at pre-planning / outline have not been accounted.
